Prices on this website
The prices and per-square-metre ranges on this site, including on our pricing page and quote estimator, are indicative. They are not an offer and do not bind either of us. Your price is fixed only in the written quote we issue after a site assessment.
Quotes and installations
A written PrimeTurf quote sets out the scope of work, the turf specified, the price and the payment terms for your project, and how long the quote remains valid. Once you accept it, that quote — not this website — is the agreement between us. Work outside the quoted scope is quoted separately before it is done.
Guarantees
Each turf range carries its own manufacturer guarantee, from 5 years depending on the range, and PrimeTurf installations carry a 24-month workmanship guarantee. The terms of both are issued to you in writing at handover, and those written terms are the ones that apply.
Product information and photographs
Product specifications are published as supplied by the manufacturer and may change. Photographs on this site show PrimeTurf work; natural variation in turf colour, light and site conditions means your installation may not look identical to any single image.
Your rights as a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other South African law.
Liability
We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, PrimeTurf is not liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone, without a written quote.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to PrimeTurf or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
