Who we are

What we collect
Only what we need to quote, install and stand behind the work:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address of the property we are quoting on or working at
- Photographs, measurements and notes about your garden that you send us or that we take during a site assessment
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email, phone or the forms on this website
Why we use it
- To prepare a quote and arrange a site assessment
- To carry out the installation you have accepted
- To honour the manufacturer and workmanship guarantees, which means keeping a record of what we installed and where
- To reply to questions you send us
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Photographs of your property
Our installers photograph each site before, during and after the work, as a record of what was done. We will only publish a photograph of your property on this website or on social media with your permission, and we will never publish your name or street address alongside it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only where it is needed to do the job — for example with the providers that host our website, email and messaging, or where the law requires it. Anyone we share it with is expected to protect it to the same standard.
Cookies and third-party services
This website is hosted on a third-party platform that may set cookies needed for the site to work. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google take you to services run by those companies, which apply their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries that do not go ahead for as long as is reasonably useful, and records of completed installations for at least the length of the guarantees that apply to them. After that, we delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong or out of date
- Delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose

Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
